I am a political scientist with a doctoral degree in agricultural science (subject: political economy). Currently I am working as researcher (Postdoc) at Kiel University’s Insitute for Agricultural Economics.

In my research, I analyze political communication, voting behavior, and stakeholder influence in agricultural and sustainability policy. My methodological toolbox contains computational methods and econometric methods as well as relational analysis.

This paper uses an Exponential Random Graph approach to analyse the importance of structural network properties as well as characteristic properties of stakeholder organizations as relevant determinants of the network-generating process using the example of German animal welfare policy.
